靜電除塵器的(de)(de)工(gong)作原理是利用(yong)高壓電(dian)場使煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)發生電(dian)離,氣(qi)(qi)流中的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)荷電(dian)在(zai)電(dian)場作用(yong)下與氣(qi)(qi)流分離。負(fu)極(ji)由不同斷面形狀的(de)(de)金屬導線制成,叫放電(dian)電(dian)極(ji)。
正極(ji)由不(bu)同幾何形狀的(de)(de)金(jin)屬板制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng),叫(jiao)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)。靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)性(xing)能受(shou)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造和煙氣流(liu)速等三個因素的(de)(de)影響。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)(de)指標,它對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率有直接的(de)(de)影響。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難(nan)以保持在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致使其重返氣流(liu)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高,到達集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不(bu)易(yi)放出(chu),在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之(zhi)間(jian)形成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局部擊穿和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情況都會造成(cheng)(cheng)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率下降。
靜電(dian)(dian)除塵器的電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)由控制箱、升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器和整流(liu)器組成(cheng)。電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)輸出的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)低對除塵效率(lv)也有很大影響。因(yin)此,靜電(dian)(dian)除塵器運行電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
